I had an appointment with Mr. Rao, I drove 45 minutes one way to meet him, and they told me he won't be in for the day.
I was very annoyed and asked why no one called me to reschedule, all I heard was stuttering.
His paralegal came out and took me to her office, I didn't see it as her coming to answer legal questions, just
get my info so they can start billing.
She called Mr Rao and I asked him what happened to our appointment, he said I don't like where this call is going we're not interested in your case!
In my humble opinion, I don't think they are professional or caring.
With so many lawyers out there, I feel I can do better, so all is good.
