I hired Summit Defense to represent me in a defense law suit. Rabin was the assigned lawyer to my case: I did not chose him, but I am so lucky that he was my attorney: He explained to me all that I should expect and explained what my choices were. Eventhough he gave me advice, he never tried to influence my decision but he guided me in the direction that will help me. I am a felon but I did not have to go to jail, Rabin Nabizadeh helped making my sentence minimal, and seemed to be reading my mind, when he dpoke to the judge. Very knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented. When I gave him feedback on circumstances, he took note, and remembered all the details, and mentioned them in coirt. I consider myself blessed to have him represent me: he informed me about all the things thst I should expect and they were all very accurate.

I am a former client of Rabin's and know him quite well. He is an excellent and extremely hardworking attorney who is able to balances his assertive nature with practical advice and a reasonable perspective on possible outcomes. He is a very intelligent man, who is proficient in the written law as well as the unwritten dynamics that one is likely to encounter in a courtroom. I was always astounded with the level of time and effort that he put into my case. Though I firmly believe that one should "shop around" when choosing an attorney---as it is a very personal decision---you should definitely consider putting Rabin on your short list.

I had the opportunity to have Rabin Nabizadeh take care of a 30 year old case that came up against me . I followed his instruction even though i was impatient and when it was all said and done Rabin proved himself to be the attorney that is proffesional, caring and very prompt. Rabin’s knowledge and experience of the law combined with his drive, personality and negotiating skills enabled him to completely resolve my case. I have had this lawyer for 2 1/2 months. He was unprofessional, making side comments about that way I look and insinuate things about idea my guy friend. He did not show any confidence in my case or care to hear about the events that lead up to my case. I wouldn't hear from him for weeks unless I called him for an update. He did not go over procedures or explain what I should expect during the investigation. I ended up hiring a new lawyer because my case was getting serious and he was on vacation. When I asked for a list of services that he had done, he said he would have it by the end of next week. It's the 2nd week and I am still waiting...
