I was talked into signing an agreement which should never have been agreed to without major modifications to protect my interests. I was told I had no choice and that this would be best for me and my son since what ever the GAL recommends is what the court sides with 99% of the time. Now trying to undo this agreement is next to impossible and has cost me many thousands of dollars in legal fees and child support. My shared custody was taken away and the father now has primary custody simply because he doesn't sleep over on Tues, Thurs. and every other Sunday any more.
