I have paid this Lawyer Since March 1st to file a divorce on my behalf. I gave the amount of retainer fee he asked for and he told me by the end of the week he would have had my paper work filed, to this day Ihave not received any indications that my paper work was files. No receipt, nothing. I would go to his office at first and he kept me beliving that he would be filing soon. He even asked me for another $700.00 which he got and still he have not filed my divorce. When I go to his office, thats when he would get on his computer and start typing something. He would tell me that my "wife" looks good and is attractive and stuff, like I want to hear that. I just want to be DIVORCED! For the last 3 months I tried calling him and he didnt ans. I have my contract with him specifically stating that I paid to file my divorce, and being that it is now 6 months since then and I have no indication that any paper work was filed , I am requesting my money back, and got no reply from him on that.
