Pam is on top of everything, regularly checking in, following up on homework or opposing counsel's outstanding matters. Up front regarding realistic outcomes and very value based. Excellent representation. I will definitely be recommending her to others.

Pam Bell is a bully and will lie to benefit her case. She will also drag out a divorce to keep money coming her way.

Threatens to go to Court for Police Enforcement over Sleepovers and Holiday Vacation requests. Would rather collect a pay cheque than do what is right for the children involved.

This lawyer has tenacity alright but it is usually misdirected. Her strengths lie in the fact that she can draw out a simple divorce that has been agreed to by all parties in front of a judge and still twist the results hurting both sides to ensure that her paycheques are uninterrupted. A good example of a bad lawyer.

Excellent lawyer! She took over this case after a maternity leave of our original lawyer, and got up to speed quickly and delivered better than expected results with the outcome. She is extremely professional, does not mince words and got the job done.

She doesn't believe in spreadsheets!? With two companies, 6 properties, four years of back taxes, theft to fund addiction, the marital property was summed up in 6 lines from verbal meeting notes and she wanted to make an offer... When I sent her a 47 line spreadsheet asking her what would happen with each item in her offer, she replied with a one line e-mail saying "You need to retain new counsel. There is something not working in our solicitor client relationship. I will assist in the transition." Quite abrupt. $5000 in discussion and then she quit. When I received an application soon after and asked for her help, she replied "As you are aware this office does not act on your behalf. If you need additional time to retain new counsel you could attend Court on your own to request an adjournment." So much for help with the transition! She was paid up and not interested in helping me. Costly waist of time!

First lawyer I retained and she bargained away my spousal support in order that I obtain assets from the marriage. What kind of lawyer does that? She did not resolve child support either. Terminated my services and found another lawyer.

Concise and to the point, doesn't mince words. Pam will not drag a file out unnecessarily. She is fair and realistic. I found her ethical, professional and easy to talk with; she didn’t confuse me with too much legal jargon. Pam does not ‘mollycoddle’ you, she is firm when she needs to be and compassionate when it is called for. I highly recommend her.
