She promised me before i retained her that not only would she get my daughters back, she'd make him pay for their education, our relationship went down hill fairly quickly, i didn't have money to retain another attorney though so i kept paying her and hoping for the best. She did so many things so wrong. She filed an appeal (she insisted on filing) LATE and it was dismissed because of that. She was always there at the last minute, she would keep things from me and I'd be caught off guard or blindsided. She discouraged me , then flat out would not file responses or get my side of the story to the judge. She claimed the judge "didn't like" her and would talk to me about the outcomes of other cases, she was at times childish and unprofessional. I complained many times about horrible fighting and even my daughter being hurt and a great amount of verbal abuse, she never reported or filed for any relief, she allowed tape recording to be entered that couldn't even be proven to be my voice.

Rachelle N. Howell has represented me in criminal defense cases, and is the best attorney that I've ever delt with. If she doesn't answer the phone when I call, she calls back almost immediately. I will continue using the services of Ms. Howell any time I need an attorney.
