Hired David for a simple case of an auto accident, other driver was at fault and ticketed on site. David failed to respond to any of my texts or calls, it has been nine months since I hired another firm and he has since refused to transfer any of my files causing my credit to take a hit from unpaid medical bills. After reading the other reviews you should know without a doubt David will not represent you well, does not care about your case, and will not abide within the limits of the law to his own benefit.

My experience working with Dave was excellent. He handled my divorce case with extreme knowledge, professionalism and compassion. His staff were amazingly helpful and also compassionate. My calls were always returned quickly and all my questioned answered.

His firm handled 2 motor vehicle accidents and a slip and fall accident for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His staff was amazing and very attentive they always returned all of my calls and answered all of my questions.

horrible lawyer. sets up his clients by working with opposing lawyers (yes we all know her, David) and then fails to show up for major court appearances. too bad court records, emails, text messages don't lie David! after failing to sow for court, he uses his "employees" to cover for him, then "threatens clients" and withdraws from the case with the lame" excuse of communication breakdown. but bills excess amount of $. all documented and true. Mr. Mester is a horrible lawyer and NEEDS TO BE DISBARRED and ALL OF HIS CAUSES AND THAT "CERTAIN OTHER LAWYER" need to be looked at!!!!

David Mester made so many errors on my divorce decree the orders aren't enforceable. His mistakes cost me many thousands of dollars and sleepless nights. He sounds great in your first meeting when he takes the retainer check, then you'll never hear from him again. He won't respond to your emails or phone calls. Not ever! Once he has your money you are totally ignored. If you send him emails asking him to get in touch with you or please get your case on the docket, he bills you to read the emails asking him to do his job!!! So before you even get to court the first time, your entire retainer is gone and nothing is done. We had two motions post divorce. He dropped one of them and later told me he didn't believe in that kind of motion. Which means I now have to retain a different attorney to do what I paid David Mester to do. Good? NO WAY! If you want to go through a nightmare, call David Mester.

dont even bother, he left my girlfriend in a bind and hanging on by the skin of her teeth for way, way too long..........and then of course lost.
