I did way better myself. David did nothing!David withheld pertinent and crucial evidence and cost me an unfavorable outcome in a hearing. I have a cassette tape of a conversation between me and Dr. Cain. The tape contains the consent from the Dr. For me to tape the conversation. David small told me he excluded the tape was because the Dr.didn't give permission to record. David failed to listen to the tape after I told him of the consent. I went after lost earnings and got them and David Small jumped in and took 33% after I was the one who had already received the money. This was not a Lawyer who is looking out for the client! I did not feel like he was capable from my first visit with him. I was right!
