Absolutely horrible lawyer. Took my litigation case promising me hundreds of thousands of dollars in what he said was an easy case of negligence. Then he started asking me for money for costs. He disappeared several times over the years and did not do his job (I had to draw up and serve the defendant papers just before the deadline). He did not make any deadlines and the defendant threatened to counter sue because of that. Then he tried to get out of our contract by saying he was sick and needed to release him, I didn’t. He then told the defendant that I agreed to settle for zero dollars and then disappeared leaving me with the defendants lawyer threatening to sue me if I didn’t sign a settlement agreement getting me nothing. Absolutely horrible experience. apparently he has a record with the Law Society that you should check.

He is a great lawyer. He helped solve my case. I was accused of assault when I only was protecting my car. Raj was able to investigate my case in detail and put up a real good case in my defense. Raj won my case and I am greatful.

My experience is terrible, he never answered his e-mails or phone, never gave us an invoice and actually lost file for 11 months. This man has a problem. My recommendation: FIND ANOTHER LAWYER.
