I did not hire this lawyer so my ratings are not relevant to how she is to her clients in court. But I did call her office to try and speak with her about my case. The secretary that answered the phone acted like i could be worth less than her time or anyone elses simply because i was calling to get an idea of her rates and what Tonya would decide to do with my case in court. She has lost a client today thanks to her rude staff.

Tonya seems to only put any real effort into her high profile cases. She only wants to see what kind of deal she can get rather than actually listening to the client and search for the truth. When asked for certain articles of evidence, she seem to always ignore it or find an excuse not to. Even in the court room she always preoccupied with other cases. The DA was more of a friend to her than an opponent.
