This lawyer was my ex's and not mine. In case conferences he would make rude, sarcastic, and bullying statements and was left unchecked - the judge was elderly and possibly a bit deaf and my lawyer was highly ineffective, so Unruh was allowed to continue on. He failed to file a document that he had committed to, which delayed matters greatly. He continued to repeat statements which were not factual, in spite of having documents to show the opposite of what he was stating. Our matter should have been quite quick to resolve and between Unruh and my lawyer, dragged on about 5x as long as it should have.

Takes on to many cases at one time, and does not put his heart into the task at hand. So if you want a lawyer who is in it just for the money...THIS IS YOUR MAN.
