Frances Allington was the best attorney I think I've ever worked with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs help with a real estate matter -- she is an expert. What I liked most about working with Frances, in contrast to other lawyers I've dealt with in the past, is that she kept me up to date on every development in my case as it happened. Her expertise in both litigation and real estate left me confident throughout that she would resolve things to my satisfaction. Her legal advice and experience has been invaluable.

Never returned any of our calls. Flat out lied about not receiving emails. Francie charges by the hour, so she spent hours talking about the problem and did not provide one suggestion on how to fix it. I had to ask her many times "I know the situation, what are my options, I need a solution here". If you want to spend money talking about nothing, call Francie; if you want a lawyer who will help you solve your problem, go elsewhere.
