I hired Ms. Cervantes to represent me in a family will case and Ms. Cervantes was happy to accept my $6422.00 and then 2 days before my court date Ms. Cervantes sent me a letter stating she was not longer my Attorney and this was not her field of practice when in the phone book she has a full page add stating this was her field. She happily kept the money that I paid her. I would not recommend Ms. Cervantes to anyone. Ms. Cervantes even went farther and sent a bill for collection and telling the person there that I was UNSTABLE. This is not a way an Attorney should handle her business. My new Attorney has made the comment that Ms. Cervantes was a bottom feeder in this field so please beware. There are fine lawyers out there but she is not one.
