Michael came up with a brilliant strategy to address my legal concerns with my school system without having a hearing or a court case. This strategy was developed within four hours of our first conversation, and it was successful! Michael was not only brilliant, but took a personal interest in me, kept me informed, and was responsive to my many questions. Before I requested Michael’s representation, I read 75 different reviews of him on different lawyer sites. I almost lost my teaching license and I knew that I needed a dynamic attorney. I found Mr. Kramer through reviews. I contacted Mr.Kramer's office, told them what I was dealing with. We set up a meeting time and I went to his office. After talking to Mr. Kramer I felt good about the decision that I made to choose Mr. Kramer as my attorney. After a long fight, my case is finally over and my faith has been restored always by God, but God used Michael Kramer to bless me in so many ways. Ways that he would never understand. I was referred to Buckley and Klein by a colleague and I am so glad that I contacted them for my Worker's Comp case! Michael Kramer is personable and helpful as is his assistant Jemetria. They were both responsive to my questions and concerns. My only critique is that the name of the law firm changed from Buckley and Klein to Buckley Law Firm while my case was still active. Michael's legal knowledge of public education issues with the PSC and his ability to work with the Attorney General's office are tremendous assets for educators needing legal counsel in these fields. I hired Michael after I was injured on the job, and my employer threatened to fire me without cause and said I had no choice but to accept it. Not only did Michael file a claim that resulted in the job trying to keep me, but when I decided that I didn’t trust my employer enough to feel comfortable going back to work for them, Michael was able to secure a decent settlement for me. The result was appealing since my employer had originally acted as if they could easily get rid of me without me having any recourse. I recently found myself in need of legal help after an on the job injury. Like most my first thought was that my employer and the their adjuster would do the right thing but I found out in a hurry that it wasn't going to work that way. I am honored to have had Michael Kramer represent me as my attorney. I was a part of a scandal that drained the life out of me until I met Mr. Kramer.
