My fiancé hired this attorney in early 2016, each month Mr. Williams would make up excuses for not filing. * emails of each monthly excuse)Once confronted with the issues ,Mr. Williams deiced to not represent after taking the 1,000.00. There are several reviews on how shady this attorney is and how he has taken advantage of people by taking their money without doing what he was hired for. Not sure how he still has his license . Please learn from our mistake and do not waste your money.

He scammed us for a few thousand dollars. What I night mare. He took our money, did nothing and laughed all the way to the bank. He would not show up to family law court on two occassions, and give us excuses over and over. We are checking to see what legal recourse we may have against him. BEWARE!

Mr. Dan Williams scammed us out of 1400.00 dollars to take on my son's case for a parenting plan. This case started October 27th and it's now December and he has done nothing on the case. He requested more funds be paid to him and I started to question him on what's been done on the case to date. I requested a bill, all correspondence with courts, and proof of filing with Johnson County Treasure courts and he refused to provide this. I questioned is ethics and morels as an attorney and stated no wonder why he was served and being sued from other clints. He since dropped us from being our "ATTORNEY ". He was never out attorney for a reputable attorney would have earned his money not scam us out of 1400 hundred dollars and I promise he has not seen the last of me. I would not hire this attorney. He is a lier, cheat, and a fake! He don't answer calls and won't provide you with documentation on your case. I pray this so called attorney is put out of business soon!

Mr. Williams helped me with a non-compete situation involving my former employer. He was extremely knowledgeable about this particular area of law, prepared a legal letter for me within 24 hours, and billed much less than what I had expected. This was a situation where had I chosen a different attorney, the result could have been a long, drawn out (and expensive) event, but Mr. Williams advise was spot on.

Mr. Williams is a very hard working and trustworthy Attorney. He has helped me with several cases and has been very detailed with each case. He is an active member in my church and has provided our community with great services for many years. Mr. Williams only downfall is that he has a huge heart and will sometimes take on cases for next to nothing . I feel this site does not truly reflect on his capabilities as an Attorney. I suggest you contact him first before you make a rash decision based on this website alone. He is a very capable and professional Attorney.

Dan Williams is an ethical, hard working attorney who explained all aspects of my case (both positive and negative) to me and gave me realistic expectations which he then exceeded. I plan to trust Dan with all future legal needs. I have had other lawyers pump me up with false hope and pie-in-the-sky promises, but Dan was realistic, down to earth and very helpful!

Mr Williams has been amazing with my case, he's been very helpful and insightful in my case. i would reccomend him to anyone in my situation who is getting divorced where thiers child custody issues. he was always on time and answered all of my questions and actually came up with information to help my case. he's great at what he does and am glad he was on my side

I contracted with mr. Williams for two huge cases. He completely dropped the ball the DAY BEFORE the first case. And the second case he filed IN THE WRONG STATE. He is a liar. He scams people out of money and he is in trouble with the johnson county courts HIMSELF for NOT PAYING HIS OWN CHILDSUPPORT. I really hope this guy gets caught one day.

Was suppose to handle 2 different cases for us. 1 we had paid in full for him to handle. We have never received contact if this has the first case has been handled or not for a credit card that was never taken out in our name from 1992. The second case was for SS Disability assistance filing, etc. Paid half of the retainer of $300 and told we could pay the rest of the retainer during the year since it takes a year to be turned down in Kansas. After I am turned down then Mr. Williams would step in and do his job. Well now he is demanding the rest of the retainer and he has done NOTHING. I have not even filed for the disability yet. He does not return phone calls or e-mails or letters. He said he reviewed my medical records and should be paid the rest of the $600 retainer. I talked to my doctors office and he has never sent for my medical records. He is a liar and a cheat. DO NOT HIRE HIM AS AN ATTORNEY. We are getting ready to file small claims against him.
