Made a bad situation so much worse. Very poor communication. Staff was rude and unresponsive to emails and calls. Very unprofessional. However, they were very on top of collecting their fees.

Mr. Weber did not show up at the scheduled time for our Creditor's Meeting, he was 2 1/2 hours late. This was after several phone calls before his assistant tracked him down and gave him a ride. We never got an explanation. He just seemed real embarrassed about what had happened to him the night before, but wasn't embarrassed because he was late. Mr. Weber also did not get one of our Reaffirmation Agreements returned to one of our creditors before our discharge, which forced the creditor to put our vehicle up for repossession. I sent several e-mails for weeks about the status of our reaffirmation Agreements, but never got a reply. I had to work out a plan with the creditor because my lawyer would not deal with it. (He got his money, what does he care.) Mr. Weber would not respond to e-mails or phone calls asking very basic questions regarding bankruptcy. We feel Mr. Weber is a terrible lawyer and will not recommend him to anyone.
