Check the disciplinary history with the Florida Bar before hiring this lawyer.He charges for emails, including responses like "thank you". He reserves the right in his retainer agreement to bill you for any missed items at the end of the case so if you think that your balance on account is for instance $20,000, he may only return a portion of this. In my case, it took me over nine months to get the balance of the retainer back from him and it was less than half of what I expected.Ronald Gossett is extremely hard to reach by telephone and it took many emails before I could actually pin him down to a telephone conference and he charged me for all the emails requesting a telephone appointment with him.I found errors in his bill and he admitted to them but refused to give me the money back because I terminated his services.He was just as difficult for the opposing counsel to reach him and he dragged out the case.I beleive that his only concern is his benefit in the case & churning fees.
