Did a real estate transaction with his office. They did a horrible job communicating and adjustments were all wrong. Waited 3 months before getting the funds from my sale. Will never use again and have advised many people to stay away.

Used Terry's office for advice pertaining to a small claims case. His long time secretary had given me advice on how to proceed. I paid Terry's office to have the defendant served. After 3 years of "we're trying to serve the defendant" I asked for the file to proceed on my own. Following a meeting with Terry, after his secretary quit, I was informed that the file was lost. I could not proceed and headed to the courthouse myself. I received the original complaint and was told that the statue of limitations had expired. It took Terry sometime days to return my phone calls and he was not interested in pursuing my case any further. A retainer was never given as one was never requested. Because of Terry's incompetence I have suffered a substantial loss.
