has papers served that have never been filed at clerks office,and takes emergency custody of 2 boys and give them to an alcholic father with a history of attempted suicide [he always locked himself in a closet when their mom was at work and told them he would kill himself] he has had the 13 yr.old drive him around while he was drunk.Then not allow the mother any contact. Finally had a hearing and the mother regained full custody of both boys. A week later Nealy called the mothers attorney and said that the father had the oldest boy and they needed to draw up the papers,only the mother has the boy and has no intention of signing him away
