She has been representing my children for years. Doesn’t listen to them, lies to everyone, tells people one thing then does something totally different. Maybe was a good choice back 2000, but not if you actually want to see good and justice. She’s after money and causing pain for children and families. Not a good choice.

I had Ms. Linton as my lawyer in early 2000. Helped me a great deal. My ex even tried to stop me from taking my children on a holiday to see their grandparents. Ms Linton and James fought hard on my behalf and won. Later on My ex wife hired a new lawyer that got the court to change my child support payments without my knowledge. Once again I contacted Ms Linton and got the decision changed. I would 100 percent recommend Ms Linton!!

This lady is crooked as a dogs leg. Slacks off on her work and when you ask about mistakes she blames her partner J crocker. Neither of them own up to mistakes and pass the buck back and forth. Now I have alot more work ahead fixing their mistakes and shortfalls. What a waste of time. I am going to the legal society about both of these lawyers and their negligence in duty

i had obtained Kathleen's as a lawyer in 1998 being married to a complete nut. she and her assistant said mine was the most difficult case they had dealt with. Kathleen and James did an excellant job for me and my kids at the time. I am forever grateful for her help and i highly recommend her to anyone.

Kathleen did a great job for me. Maybe I didn't get the best deal in my divorce but she kept me grounded and I ended up with the right deal.

Excellent lawyer. Relatively easy divorce but very complicated property settlement. My ex had another one of the cities top lawyers, who at the end of everything wrote a glowing letter to my lawyer on the quality of work she performed for me.

Made my life hell. Said one thing did another. Her demeanor once hired became arrogant and know it all. Did not return phone calls and her assistant is a real problem to deal with. Don't ever hire her. I was stuck with her when she was assigned to my case by legal aid. They need to check their lawyers before assigning them. Don't they ever check sites like this and know not to use these lawyers? Shame on legal aid for letting this person keep working and ruining lives.

This lawyer represented my 3 children during our divorce. It was a bitter divorce, and in retrospect we frequently lost sight of what was in the best interests of our children. Ms. Linton, however, didn't lose sight of this, and the result you get from this lawyer is directly related to the correctness and completeness of the informatino you put in. This lawyer is regarded well by the Court and her fellow lawyers. Her representation of children is stellar. Bottom line: don't waste her time, and she won't waste yours. she will achieve the best possible outcome for you based on the evidence before the Court and the information you give her. Don't expect miracles, though, because ultimately when you put the decision making process in the hands of a stranger (like a judge) there's no telling what can happen.

I saw this site after i had already engaged this lawyer. I thought the complaints were exaggerations, but the opposite is true. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER. She will sell you to the wolves to curry professional favor with her fellow lawyers. She doesn't know what she is talking about - says one thing - then says she didn't say it. She is an awful communicator.

Does not listen to you. Poor at explaining the law to the layperson.Gives conflicting advice depending on the mood. Law office itself in disarray.

I rated this way. She did not take into account any of the evidence i gave on my behalf. she really wasn't that knowledgable.I was expecting better results than what i got from the whopping price and thousands of dollars i had to pay over the course of 3 years and i am still in court.
