What a piece of crap he is I paid him thousands of dollars and he doesn't call you back he shows up late and he is a worst trial lawyer so people do not hire this guy he will take your money and run

HORRIBLE attorney, overchagred, failed to succefully win any motions, sent in "substitutes " to represeeent him/her (linda Smith) Linda Smith is a blabbering idiot, you all but have to finish her sentences for her in the court room. SHe shows up for court looking like she just rolled out of bed and haas NO CLUE about your case at all. ALl they contact you for ismore money and the result is less service. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE PLEASE!!

No show in court because he was disbarred for misconduct and I paid the price. This man should be disbarred permanently!!!!

I hired Thomas Busatta because i was trying to get custody of my two young daughters(mom+drugs+driving with kids+late at night+flipping the car with kids 6 times on I-75 etc) BIG GIANT MISTAKE!! He charged me over $4000.00, filed every petition known to man, milked this case for everything he could, did not communicate with me, offered poor legal advice which almost cost me more(i was counter sued for contempt, thanks Tom) dragged this case out for 2 years and demanded another $2,400. I had my girls for a lousy 9 months and then they went back to mommy dearest. My girls are now with me full time thanks to DCF and mom spent a little time behind bars no thanks to Mr. Busatta. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!

we hired thomas for a paternity/license/child support case and he did NOTHING. staff AWFUL. follow thru AWFUL. 1250 down the drain! this has been going on almost 2 years! he is not on a 90 day suspension. wonder why????? because he is awful. My fiance got his license back for a few months and then it was re-suspended because thomas doesnt follow thru with anything and my fiance went to JAIL because we didnt know it was suspended! 1250 down the drain and nothing done! good luck getting him on the phone! or to a court date! but he will gladly accept your money!
