All these comments are fake. Hahaha. Woody Igou from jump doesn’t communicate at all with any of his clients, so right there anybody who would write that is a shill or paid for. I had Woody as so my so called Attorney and only actually vocally spoke with him maybe 5 times if that. Also he actually screamed at me on the phone twice like a lunatic simply because he’s an arrogant bold face compulsive liar and I called him out on it. Dude has so much audacity he went against my instructions regarding what I would accept in my settlement and just went ahead and tangibly violated the basic core of our signed legal agreement without blinking and negotiated and settled my case for what he wanted and without any consent vocally from me at all and it’s Easily proven that’s how little this man child thinks of us TBI survivors. Do not hire this man, after your initial talk with him you won’t hear from again for months. Anita will deal with you. This man has no morals or ethics. Stay away.

Woody is a great lawyer and a better person. I am glad I used this firm, and was blessed to meet him and his staff. Woody and his team are passionate about what they do and fought as hard as they could for me. He is definitely someone you want in your corner.

Woody could have easily passed my case, dropped it or said sorry this is small. He did not. His staff works hard to arrange and get things together. If you want your feelings coddled with your head injury? Look elsewhere. He sketches and doodles? The amount of experience he has and his abilities allow this. Don't think he is not listening or paying attention while he does this either. You will have really underestimated him. I am writing this review as what I read is disgusting. This man and his staff have gone out of their way for a payout that is peanuts in comparison to other cases. The proof and evidence is in the actions, which speak louder than the words here.

Woody knows how to win cases. If you want a lawyer who who means business and is an expert in his field, then he's your guy. If you want a lawyer who is going to let his emotions get he best of him, and revolve the case around your feelings, you may want to find another.

I came to Woody on a slip and fall that I had in Miami. After having going through two previous attorneys that were not able to move my case, Woody took on the challenge. Woody got me way more compensation when two previous attorney couldn't . I have a brain injury and things got bad for me. Woody understood what I went through. He never took it personally when I got anxiety or mad when things didn't go how I wanted during the time he was working my case. I am glad he was on my side. He not only got me compensation for my injuries he also helped me to get rehab and medical help. His assistant was a blessing. She was my link with Woody when he was unavailable. The reason I write this is because I saw how people previously wrote bad things about him and I think it is wrong. He won my case when no other attorney could and he did what he needed to do to get things done. He might not be a peachy kind of guy, but he is a damn good attorney which is what I need it and is what I got.

Egotistic maniac and staff is rude and lacking any type of compassion. All he cares about is getting his money doesn't care about his clients future medical needs. Agree with the other users, find another attorney, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

I have to agree with the prior poor rating. Woody does have a good knowledge of the industry, however he completely lacks interpersonal skills and has a filthy mouth compounded by a huge ego. During all depos and trial, he draws and doodles and completely shuts the client out. If you have a choice when choosing an attorney, you would be best served to pass on retaining him. He is a blow hard who does not have a good track record. He capitalizes on the few cases he has won.

I felt they might of been too busy to to be able to develop the trust a client and lawyer would like.I felt I needed a caring compassionate lawyer with knowledge of my case and understanding.Answer my e-mails and to take more time investigating my case.To develop a client and lawyer relationship based on truth.I would like to be treated as a person who has gone through a difficult time,and not just a number or a person to make money off of.As a person I try to give respect all I want to be in return is respected and understood.
