paid him a $1500.00 retainer fee, did not have to go to trial. the next month he gave me a bill for $671.00. I called him and explained I could not pay that right away because I had put off two car payments to pay the $1500. retainer fee. But I could pay $200.00 a month until I had it payed off. So now he has called me at a number that I don't answer unless I am at home. And he has charged me for every voice mail he leaves. This has added over a hundred dollars to my owed bill. He knows my cell phone but will not call it. I sent him a check for $200.00 dallors but he has not recieved it. Every time I talk to him evan though the case is done he charges me. At some point you have got to ask yourself when enough is enough!!
