Bait and switch. Billy Price reviewed my case and guranteed a payment plan of $400. I on repeated occassions asked how he could get the payment twice as low as other attorneys. He explained his experience and knowledge was above others. Once I paid the $500 retainer, he released me to work with his partner. At the confirmation the Trustess informs her, the partner also Billy Prices daughter, that she incorrectly figured taxes and the plan would go up to $600. We attend the 2nd confirmation meeting to only sit there for close to an hour. When we finally see Megan Price, the partner, she tells us we did not have to show and that the Trustee has agreed to $700 and all was filed. One week later I get a letter from the Trustee informing us the case is being dismissed. We later find out that, According to Mr. Price, that trustee changed the amount at the table to $900. Someone's lying. We are not out over $1000 and our case has been dismissed less than 3 months from file date. All lies
