This rating is re receptionist Andrea and David Bradley's assistant Lisa. Andrea said she knew nothing about David's files. I had to ask her for someone else to help me. Finally spoke to Lisa who was rude, kept repeating the same questions and said she couldn't find the file from March 2009 dealing with land transfer even though I gave her the Title number and all info on that paper. Lisa told me to have my lawyer to contact her lawyer (Davi Bradley) who has not returned my call for three days. Do not deal with this highly inefficient office.

i had him do my house transfer and it was done correctly, there was a delay but none of his own doing, there was a lien etc that had to be removed, more than the normal. i have no complaints of mr Bradley and would not hesitate to use him the next time I move and or buy a property

A simple land transfer was started almost 4 months ago and we have still not received the final paperwork. We had to contact the office many times to initiate the process and also to try and conclude it. The only thing that was processed quickly was our payment which this lawyer tried to argue was only a retainer. The simple fact is that his office posted our credit card payment 3 months ago and we are still waiting for our final statement and land transfer papers. Because of the overall ineptitude and inefficiency of this lawyer's office I highly advise anyone looking for a lawyer to look elsewhere.
