A complete arrogant narcissist who is not involved in trial law whatsoever. Very dishonest, unethical and sneaky with making side deals with opposing counsel. I strongly do not recommend Mr. Horn in Miami for any legal matters regardless of the circumstances. I’m very happy that I will never have to deal with such an incompetent attorney who claims that he never loses cases for clients since 1972.

5yrs ago I was run over by a semi truck. 2 ladies in the care. He represented both of us. When it came to the arbitration (7 hrs without a break, said we'd only be there an hour) he insisted on a settlement against my wishes, told me to find another lawyer, my friend, would settle for 3xs more $ then he was offering me. She had a facture in her leg, I had neck injuries. Today, I'm still in pain and didn't even break even on expenses. During statements he often invited the opposing attn. out on his boat. Felt like this was just a game to him. I would not recommend this man.
