Mr. Hough is not a truthful attorney in my opinion, he says on thing and does another, he does not communicate well with either his client and/or the responsible paying parties affiliated with his case. He promises things that he has never came through with. Mr hough promise a copy of a transcript that i paid for and I never received. I also paid him $500 more than required and it was never returned. Mr. hough also never brought up all the facts of the case at hand. After Mr. hough received the full amount of his representation he took on a not interested attitude.
