Don't be fooled by all her good reviews, she does them her self to bury the no good ones, which are about the only legitimate reviews she has online.
Anyways...I was dealing with a difficult EX about getting custody or visitation for my 2 girls 10 and 4 years old (Now). I thought Whitney was going to help me as she promised, but false hope. I asked her for a refund of some of the money (2,000 out of the 8,500 I paid thus far), but she refuses.. o well lesson learned. Don't waste your time or money with her.
This is the truth and nothing but the truth, I will testify in front of anyone to this matter.

I just finished a very contested divorce that involved criminal activity and Whitney was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! She took me under her wing, and she counseled me like a therapist when I was so scared. I don't know who could write a bad review on this page...she is truly WONDERFUL!!! Truly caring and a real fighter for you and your legal rights. I was able to text her at anytime, email her or call her and I was always given a timely response. Honestly, she is like no other lawyer...use her! You will not regret it.

I've used Whitney for several legal issues (6 year period) and she's ALWAYS been extremely professional. I was very impressed. Personally, the previous reviewer can't possibly be telling truth. "crying in front of the judge" Not possible with the lawyer I know. I have TOTAL faith in her and her firm. She has made miracles happen for me and my family.

I used Whitney in a contested custody case and criminal case and she was wonderful! A true miracle happened in that courtroom and I would recommend her every single time. She was the most attentive, compassionate, caring, responsive aggressive lawyer I've ever had. If any person had a bad experience with Whitney then they must have been on the opposing side because she was merciless on my ex! It was great! Great outcome! GREAT LAWYER!!!

Whitney told me she was aggressive & responded quickly.But, she was supposed to represent me at my injunction & called me at 6am the morning of & said she was sick.I asked to have someone from her office represent me & she said no.The day before the injunction she worked out a deal with my wife & her attorney & I dismissed the case.The judge was upset with Whitney & called her "UNPROFESSIONAL" for not filing she was representing me in court.Whitney told me she would have the consent forms to me within 2 business days.A week goes by & she puts me off & tells me "I've been working on them & will have them to you tomorrow".This goes on for weeks when she suddenly sends me an email asking for my wife's information so she can start the paperwork.During that time I was sending emails following up on forms & asking her to call me as promised.I ended up firing her, but she billed me anyways for reading ALL emails & time negotiating & meetings discussing consent, but she can't produce forms.

This attorney cried to the judge during a hearing because she was not prepared. She displays the utmost lack of professionalism!
