Excellent. Used J. Kehler for the sale of my home. I'm in the military and am required to follow specific procedures during a home sale. Mr. Kehler communicated very clearly and put complicated processes into simple practical terms that I could understand. He ensured that I was set up for success on the purchase side of the process even though it was not in his wheelhouse. His assistant was also very helpful and responsive to my questions and communicated with me both over email and phone calls. I reccomend Jarrett Kehler for real estate related services and especially if you are dealing with military relocation.

Jarett was my lawyer in the sale of my house in Brandon. He did not disclose his close ties to my realtor Dale Nolin. (He set up 3%, gets lots of business from him, shared same assistant, etc). When things went badly he did not help me at all. I got scammed in a bad deal by Nolin and another realtor from Royal Lepage. I tried contacting Jarett when the deal was presented but he never called me back eventhough he had been hired for handling my house sale. This was an ordeal ... I won my house back on my own and did not follow Jarett's advice to move out and give up control of my home!

i have dealt with jarett a couple of times for realestate. He explains closings so well and has worked very fast.

Good for Contractors & Painters who want to con for extra charges 6 months after a job is complete & paid for. Especially if a client complains about being conned & the lack of quality of workmanship & to the BBB. Such lawyers & contractors would of been excellent in Russia a few years ago and in Germany a few years before that. N Korea would welcome them at the moment.
