I did not hire Bill Winters but he appeared in court on my behalf, without my consent or knowledge, said that he represented me, and agreed to giver my money to Attorney Bill Wagner.
Essentially my money was taken without my consent.
If an average person did this he would be in jail.

If You are Looking for a Personal Injury Attorney, DON't HIRE THIS ONE!WInters and Yonker Law Firm. I retained them and it has been the worst experience ever! Noone communicated with me,when I would call to talk to the Atty.handling my case, The Receptionist will say thier not in, she put me thru to an assistant (which was no help.The Day of my accident, A Trial Atty. was sent to my home,never met the Atty that wouldbe handling my case. I was referred to thier Physicians group(Horrible Experience)I did an Initial Evaluation with them, and never went back for treatment after what I saw. That didn't go over good with the Lawyer ofc. they wanted me to treat with their doctor's. I chose to go to my own Doctor, where I felt I would get the treatment I needed. So for over 6 months of dealing with always contacting them to find out updates I was treated as Im bothering them. The last is I recieved a letter that they weren't representing me no more. No call out of decency. I was left hanging.
