Worst firm EVER.when i relized this i fired ther office within tn days of hiring them. Since then nothing but excuses about my refund and why they are delaying it. Meanwhile they were informed i am eight months pregnant and now homeless due to his b.s. on returning my retainer. He is a con and a fruad.

I am currently working with Richard Isles on my divorce. I have been asking for updated information but have not received it. I am now on my 3rd delay. All delays were less than 24 hours notice. I was quoted $5,000 to resolve this relatively minor settlement (property). I am now at 10,000 and have lost custody and am no where near a resolution. My emials are not answered and phone calls are not returned, this should be handled much better and I am completely disappointed there does not seem to be a way to get through to Richard he seems to do what he wants regardless of my wishes. I wish I hd chosen a more competent attorney as my Family ha suffered greatly due to POOR PERFORMANCE

The only time I have hear Richard's voice was when he gave me his sales pitch in tbe consultation and when he left me a voicemail to collect money that I don't owe. Other than that I have delt with a substituded attourny, which was unaggressive and cared only about raising my bill. I have spent over $6,000 and not one thing has been done. They claim I owe them an additional $2000 and want me to retain them for another $1000. So they want $9000 to do nothing, but run up my bill. Every court preperation averages about $800 for I'm really not sure what and $1000 for apperances from the substituted attourney. They have damaged my care by not caring about my child's well being and alienation, but instead of how they can squeeze more money out of me. Do not hire this firm.

Mr. Isles is a great sales man and that’s as far as it went. Getting ahold of anyone in there office after you pay your money is almost impossible. The papers that were drawn up for my case were all wrong. Wrong case number, amount of child support, and wrong county! Made us look really stupid to my ex. I closed my case and they sent my check to my old address even after I went in the office to change my address. The office was rude and spoke to me like I was stupid and the one time I spoke to Mr. Isles he talked over me and didn’t answer any questions I had. I would not recommend anyone pay to have him represent them.

My divorce had already been filed 5 years prior to me hiring Mr Isles. It had been on hold since I joined the Army and was busy with my training and subsequent deployment to Iraq. Upon my return to Germany from Iraq I contacted Mr Isles because his website stated that he was military friendly and experienced with handling divorces while one of the spouses was overseas. He told me since my case was already filed and only needed to be finalized that the initial $2500 would be enough to finalize it in about 3 months. $5000 and 15 months later (money I earned in Iraq fighting for his right to screw people like me) he has NOT gotten me any closer to finalizing my divorce. I fired him with a $653 credit balance which I asked to be refunded. I received a bill showing that MY $653 had been spent and I owed him another $40.50. Do not hire this man as he has zero integrity and his office assistant Connie was also one of the rudest people I have ever experiences, zero customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. He has the integrity of a used car salesman. His website touts that he will come to your trial in person and will rarely if even substitute another attorney. NOT TRUE. Of the three hearings in my case, he appeared at one. He claims to be a proponent of a low-cost divorce in which everyone comes away happy. NOT TRUE. He gives poor advice, leading to additional aggravation and cost. Richard K Isles does the absolute minimum towards your case, and will charge you as much as he can to do it. Here's a great example: While carrying a $500 balance for a partial retainer, the office wanted to notify me that they needed an additional $1000 to go to court the next day. Rather than have the front desk call me (which would have cost me a scant $25 / hour), he made sure than AN ATTORNEY called me (which cost me $300 / hour). Why did an attorney need to call me for a billing issue? To charge more money. Richard K Isles is a shyster. Avoid at all costs.
