She will charge you excessive fees and once retained, good luck having her get back in touch with you. I'm 3 years into my chapter 13 bankruptcy and I have creditors calling me. She refuses to do anything about that. I attempt to call the trustee's office and they tell me my attorney must handle the situation. I would not recommend her to ANYONE.
