Harry is very good. If you are looking for a buddy to talk to, it's not him. Sit back and let the process begin. You are not going to here much from him. Your case will be continued several times. He wants the right judge for your case. Harry will get all the facts he can gather and remember most of us are guilty of what we are being accused of. He is not a miracle worker. I was lucky to have him. If you got the money get him. If you don't, do not, get your nickle and dime guy to represent you.

I used Harry for a dui and my ex-wife did as well. Both times he beat it. He came out of nowhere at the end of each trial with information and questions for the prosecution or police that they could not answer or refute. Cases were dismissed at that point both times. This was in the nineties so if he has lost a step I cannot speak to that. He was a DEFINITE use back then.

Harry is the best DUI lawyer in northern ky hands down. I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from or who is writing them, but I can share this. I paid harry in full and on time. I understand he is a very busy individual and if he has assistants do his paperwork and run errands so what. He was in the court room when I needed him and he blew the case out of the water. His knowledge and experience are invaluable. This is the second time I've hired harry and I wouldn't think of anyone else in northern ky.

Harry is the worst!! I gave that man close to a $1,000.00, and he didn't do a thing. When i retained him, I asked his secretary Lisa, will he take payments on the balance, she said " as long as you pay him something you will be fine. When I told Harry this, he said she shuold not have said that, and I yold him well she did......He withdrew as my counsel because I could not have the balance paid by my court date. He left me high and dry!!! Run as fast as you can from him, he doesn't car about his clients on the money!!

A friend of mine used him and has tried to call him over 15 times and also left the guy in jail for 30 days on a 1st DUI..Even hads the paperwork for his car and wont return it.Convicted of 2nd DUI which BMV admits was his 1st.Wrongly convicted and he wont return calls. DO NOT USE

Mr. Hellings failed to meet deadlines imposed by the EPA which complicated dealing with EPA. When he abandoned us, we dealt face to face with the EPA and were exonerated in seven weeks, where it had taken Mr. Hellings three years and no progress occurred.

I used him for my first DUI, we went to jury trial and the man was extraordinary! He looked at my case from every angle and got me acquitted of all my charges. He is quiet, straight to the point, no BS type of lawyer. I highly recommend him if you want the job done. He razzled and dazzled in the court room... needless to say I was (still am) very impressed. He came highly recommended too and is well respected in system!

He is a very bad lawyer and has drinking issues as well. He doesn't file things when he says he does and won't stand behind his clients. He is more about the money than anything. He won't fight for his clients. He doesn't visit them in jail or give you your papers and let you know what he has done. Plesas save yourself the time and heartache with this lawyer. He has left a friend of mine in jail and the man has never been in trouble a day in his life. Got him the max sentence then never applied for shock probation and let time pass by so there was know way someone else could have done it. Didn't go speak with him in the jail either and its in walking distance of his office. This man will take your money and run. He was also paid in full even before he started on the case. He talked this friend into taking a six yr plead deal when he has never even had a speeding ticket. Now is that fighting for your client? To me that is taken the easy way out and giving up and not even trying to win
