I've watched this guy as a judge. He falls asleep while running a trial.

Was encouraged by two local lawyers not place my case before Gilmore, as it did not matter what the evidence is, he would rule based on what Gilmore thought should happen. Thus was denied the use of the justice system in Larimer County.

I went before Judge Gilmore with irrefuteable evidence that my neighbors had knowingly, feloniously, and unlawfully lied to material facts. Also included were 4 reliable witnesses to back this information up. Gilmore acknowledged this information as valid in open court, yet he and D.A. Thomas Lynch and D.A. Timothy Roy, refused to pursue perjury charges. I was left completely devoid of a means or of a way to deal with these continuing abuses on my own. This Judge along with his henchmen did nothing to further Truth, Justice, Fairness, or even the legal issues as rules of law would apply. Simply unreal. Devastating to a citizen of their community. The abuses continued unrelenting from my neighbors, and they were allowed to be above the law. I will never forget the stench of injustice that was dealt to me by this Judge and his D.A.'s, or the people who came forward as witnesses on my behalf who attempted to help me. Truly a deplorable Judge, Terence Gilmore.
