Based on my experience with them, I’d give a 5 star review. They were easy to work with, and let us know what was going on. They also never talked down to us which was great! Felt like they really cared.

I was in a bad accident back in early 2017. A truck had run a red light and hit my passenger side. I was hurt real bad and was sore for days. They were quick to get the insurance company to pay for my car. And where helpful in understanding how these cases work, and what I needed to do to protect myself. I was very happy with my attorney. Sometimes they were hard to get on the phone. But they always called me back. Their fees weren't any higher then other lawyers I had talked to. But they got me a good settlement. I was very happy with them.

My case officially closed Nov. 28th. They have their money and are "sitting" on mine! I can't get them to give me my end of the deal via direct deposit or any other form. They are drawing the interest on my flimsy amount I was left with. They were rude to an unbelievable level, don't return calls and show no respect whatsoever. DON'T HIRE THIS GROUP.

We came out good. 2nd time to use them. Other friends and family used them too. No problems. They everywhere in Tulsa. Hope I don't need them, but will use them again.

A friend of mine had a car accident in which the other driver was 100% at fault and was cited. My friend was lucky to be alive (according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and witnesses at the site and hospital). When he hired Jeff Martin, Jeff Martin's associate told him that he would get at least six figures with no problem. He went to Jeff Martin's Dr (never saw this bill). We both called numerous times to get updates and was given the run around. Jeff Martin's office took an offer (without consulting my friend) and sent him a letter saying he would get less than $15K. My friend is still in constant pain and this has affected all aspects of his life. On the bottom of this "settlement" offer, it has a disclaimer which states "Client acknowledges that they are happy with the performance of Jeff Martin"... Seriously, should have never ever hired this company as they didn't work in the interest of this client. So very unhappy with their lack of communication, respect and integrity.

My mentally disabled Veteran Brother was slammed from behind setting at a red light . Jeff Martin promised him the moon to get his biz then rolled over and took the first offer! We could have got three times the money without him! He calls himself the heavy hitter! HA! The only thing he did was run up a bill and took my brothers money!

Very disappointed. Would never recommend this law firm to anyone!! Definitely not a heavy hitter like they claim to be.

Treated me like family always called me back explained things so i could understand the terms. Found the best doctors to take care of me . Excellent staff all of them know there stuff .

Jeff Martin helped me and my family when we were in a wreck. He got us a good settlement and it didn't take forever! He and his staff were easy to get a hold of and really helped us alot! He really is THE HEAVY HITTER!!

I was injured in a car accident that was not my fault.I hired Jeff Martin to help me settle my case.He sent me to his doctor for care of my injuries I stop using his dr.3 months ago,Now it is 5 months later and I still have not had any of my medical bills paid which are now sent to a collection agency for payment.When I call their office they tell me they are waiting for another offer from the insurance company.They told me what my medical bills added up to(and by the way I never received a bill from his dr) Jeff Martin received his bill)and what the insurance company is offring.Well guess what after his dr fees and my other medical bills (that was sent to me) and the attorneys fees I get a great big 00! I did'nt need an attorney to get my medical bills paid insurance company will do that anyway.If there is an injury involved The insurance company will also pay for pain/suffering.If I had not hired this atty I would have at least gotten the pain and suffering that I was entitled to!!
