Biggs is an excellent lawyer. We were being given the run around by an insurance company for months and then Biggs filed a lawsuit for us and hit hard and fast for two months. First we were worried because the insurance lawyers filed all kinds of defenses that looked intimidating on paper. But Biggs locked on to them like a pit-bull defeating them at every turn and took them to the ground forcing them to settle with us to our satisfaction. Biggs has tenacity and is high powered with a heart for what is right

Mike prosecuted a hard money mortgage broker for me who conned me out of $257,000 of which Mike after a long ugly battle that had the brokers wife screaming at Mike one day in the hallway outside the courtroom--recovered for us having forced a sale of the brokers home to pay my family back--Because Mike got a finding of fraud on the broker he could not bankrupt the judgment. Mike works night and day going after bullies and crooks and is the best of the best he runs his office like a prosecutor even having a former federal special agent as an in house investigator who works in the field for Mike-I know Mike he's not a bookworm type lawyer more like a tough no-non-sense detective but has the book smarts too and knows how to talk with all kinds of people well- He has had allot of high profile cases in newspaper articles that show up on the internet and has done allot of good work for the greater community and definitely has aggravated some losers out there-- I'm impressed and grateful.

This lawyer took 3000.00 from a single mother, never returned calls or e-mails, mother had to beg to get lawyer to make deadlines. When confronted lawyer was rude, threatoning, and when mother asked him to sub out he refused. Mother had to hire another attorney just to get Biggs to sub out, only then he refussed to give mother back money, so in order for mother to have any legal representation she had to hire Biggs back, because he wouldn't give her, her money back to hire another attorney...... Keeping client hostage. This mother paid Biggs cash, he refussed to give contract, reciepts, etc.
My oppinion is stay away from this attorney!
