I had the misfortune of hiring Mr. Kessler and by writing this review, I am hoping that I can prevent someone from making a similar mistake. Mr. Kessler is a dreadful attorney. His main concern was to push my case to trial when it could have been easily settled out of court. He did this in order to collect additional unearned fees. Mr. Kessler did not come prepared to represent me on trial days, did not interview witnesses, was easily intimidated by other attorneys and seemingly had no clue as to specifics of the situation. Mr. Kessler did nothing to help me with my situation and in fact, Mr. Kessler cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I wish someone had warned me to stay far away and NEVER get involved with this man.
