I highly recommend Kevin, he is knowledgeable, experienced, quick to respond and provides good advice. Kevin was referred to me by a former colleague who had a similar positive experience a few years ago, and when I was laid off he was able to help me get a significantly better settlement from my former employer vs. their original offer based on a several specific circumstances of my case. I'd heard about Kevin from a couple of friends who are in my industry (which has a lot of cyclical layoffs). I even recommended him to a colleague who was recently laid off. When the time came for my own layoff, I'm glad I followed my own advice to talk to a lawyer. Kevin is approachable, clear spoken, and adapted well as my situation changed. I hope I'll never need to use him for layoffs again, but if I do get laid off, I know who I'll call.

Working with Kevin and Rita was my first experience with Legal Issues.They helped me resolve an issue with my previous employer. Both Kevin and Rita were kind and always got back to me regarding any questions. Sometimes it may have taken a little longer, but WE have to UNDERSTAND that we are not their only clients, and they do also have to attend court proceedings. Kevin believed in me and my side of the story. He didnt ask for anything up front and explained that I would only have to pay for his services if he won on my behalf, which he did I must add. Rita was always there to answer my questions if Kevin was away. They are a great team. And also, when I wanted to speak to Kevin via phone, he never resisted and we spoke several times. This was my first experience engaging a laywer for anything, in this case a prior employment dispute. Kevin Fox gave me a gratis 30-minute phone conversation to discuss my case. He agreed to take it, and I paid nothing up front which I much appreciated. He said he would take what I considered a fair cut of the settlement and that if he failed, and I got nothing, I'd owe him nothing. That was plenty low-risk enough for me. I'm from the US where we don't like or trust lawyers so Kevin's M.O. worked very well for me. I communicated mostly with his assistant Rita and cc'ed him on everything so I never got charged any more for his time...nor did I ever call him, I relayed questions through Rita who always got back to me promptly. I had a great experience with them both and highly recommend this firm.

I had went to Kevin to have him hear my side of the story with my complaint that I sent to my employer. I even had an audio tape of the offense against me, which would have cleared my name of any wrong-doing. At present, he hasn't did anything for me, just talked about this and that, besides collected my $300.00 for hearing my side of the story. Hmm! Just left hanging here.

Kevin Helped with with a case against one of the big five banks. He was an honest, upfront, and down to earth lawyer. No surprises. Given the tough circumstances he was still able to get me very close to what he had promised in the beginning. He did look out for my best interest and i really appreciate that.
