in 2008, he told me my grandpa had 280 thousand dollars but when i got a lawyer he told us there was 347 thousand and then when we asked for the bank statements he said there was 395 thousand. he delayed a simple estate for almost 2 years, he wrote checks that were not accounted for, he borrowed money from our estate during the almost 2 years that he delayed it and he lied to me repeatedly . there is much more i have to say about this but i will wait until the ethics complaint that my aunt and father filed against him is over, then i will sue him and speak more in detail about what me, my family and 92 year old dying grandfather had to go through as a result of his decisions.

We filed an Ethics complaint because we were so upset with how it handled by father's estate
