Incompetent and Unethical. He does not do anything and therefore delays clients and infuriates the other side. This is a stupid strategy.

I should have represented myself, he was terrible, I could have done better by myself. He was expensive and did nothing to assist my case.

Matt was supposed to do a pro bono for a crime victim after talking with the victim he charged the person 3,000 at the first of the divorce then after not showing up to a trial and not showing up at his office twice, well needles to say the papers filed were wrong and the victim still has got no child support for over a year. To make things worse the divorce is at a critical point over custody and child abuse with proof,but to no avail did matt send proof of such to guardian ad litem.Now this guy wants up to 9000. can you believe this a crime victim that the state told the victim matt would do this case.Id call that holding something over the victim he should be suspended and give back the money he took from the victims family.With help like this from the state to support people like olsen and olsen who needs criminals.

Matt was incompetent with the divorce proceedings of Greg and Colleen Welch. Dragging the proceedings out for over 2 years and they still aren't finished. I feel that he was intentionally delaying the process to protect his income and that he was not proactive with the case. He was always reacting to the other attorneys moves instead of protecting his clients best interest. It has now been two years and the client is about to lose all of his properties due to foreclosures so there will be nothing left to divide. If you want a long drawn out divorce with no assets left to divide in the end - call Matt!
