He's straight to the point, no fluff, which in my case alleviated stress. He did not take the case "sitting down", making his points of consideration to the judges in a clear and concise fashion. Mr. Shields' is a lawyer I would recommend in the area

I hired Mark in 2011. I won a huge divorce settlement, but I have yet to receive one penny. On the other hand, my legal fees are astronomical. The only communication I receive is when I get my bill. My ex was allowed to drag the divorce case on and on and he got away with it. Now he's dragging the settlement on and on and getting away with it. He should have gone to jail, but Mark has yet to follow up on the contempt charges. He calls and wants to strategize on what to do next?! The only strategy I see is getting charged for that call. There's nothing to strategize. I want this divorce settlement finalized once and for all but I have no faith that Mark will do that for me. If you want a good lawyer, go with someone else.

Mark Shields handled my divorce case. I couldn't of ask for a more knowledgable or caring Attorney. I always felt he had my best interest at heart and always made sure I understood everything that was going on with my case. I felt he truly cared what happened with me and made sure I knew I could get past this bump and move forward. I'm so grateful for his hard work and kindness.

He is a pleasure to have working for you. He always made me feel comfortable. Because of his kknowldge and skill the judge in my case reversed a decision based on Mark's research and expertise. I highly reccomend Mark and his firm.

I am from out of town and had hired two other attorneys previously - who were happy to take my money but not able to actually accomplish what was needed. I would highly recommend Mark!~He is not only knowledgeable regarding AZ Family Law, but he is ethical as well!He was able to accomplish the task! (Family law ~ custody case) Thank you Mark!
