Discussed a medical malpractice case, which he James felt had potential. Given a timeline of 6 monhts to subpeona records, and 6 months for expert review of the case. Called to follow up after 4 months and they had collected all of the information. Followed up a month later and was told that they were sending information to medical experts. Followed up every two months after and was told the same thing. Finnally 1 year after initial visit contacted James himself who did not remember my case and promised to call me back. I recieved my information in the mail with a statement that they did not use medical experts as he did not believe we had a strong enough case. Basically we were lied to for 8 months and no work was done with our case. we are working with another attorney now in a tight timline because Mr. Hasenyager did not actually work our case as promised.
