Referred to him by a mediator. Thought I would be spending thousands and the issues would be more complicated after lawyer. Instead he was focused on a timely resolution, explained what I needed to know, and all in less than a thousand.

Seems opinionated and wants things to go his way rather than counselling, discussions, listening and then doin things how the client wishes.

He was very affordable. On top of that, he saved me lots of money and family aggravation by giving me good hard honest advice from the start.

I hired this lawyer in 2008 to assist me with my separation agreement and he has since disappeared and I am unable to locate him. It's disgusting how I gave a couple of thousands to a lawyer to help me out (I'm single with three kids) and I can't retrieve him.) Please help yourself and stay away from this guy. Don't let his pleasant disposition fool you. If he was a real person, he would fess up and help people that really need help.

Due to hiring Mr. Buono, my daughter who was physically and emotionally abused by her mother, and then stolen from me, now is in custody of the mother who lied to the CAS, the FRO, and the government, and even managed to convince professionals that she has no history of emotional and psychiatric problems. My child has since complained of the mother spanking her frequently, my child has lost several teeth, and also ended up in an ambulance getting stitches in her head due to the mothers negligence being in another room with a friend, and much more. Mr. Buono from the beginning seemed to be on my side, however in the end he backed down. The case never went to trial and I have since suffered emotionally due to this. I would never recommended hiring Mr Buono for a family court case, if you are a man.

Very fair. Available at convenient times such as evenings and weekends. Not strict about hours.

Left most of the work to my ex-husband's lawyer (who I actually really liked), and us. Poor work ethic, never let me know what information I needed to have prepared -had to go to ex's lawyer to find out. Admitted his caseload was overloaded and my case was not a priority. Had literally months to work on my case, but left it until the last minute, adding so much unnecessary stress to both our lives. We were going through Collaborative lawyers because we still worked together well and Mr. De Buono only made things harder on us. When I met him, he gave me a great first impression, I really felt he would work well for my situation. Disappointing at such a trying & vulnerable time.
