This judge is one of the weakest lawyers/judges that I have ever seen. He is a family court judge that has no concept of 50/50 custody. He also has little or no knowledge about when a person is lying or not. In one case, a women stated that she had the kids three days a week when in fact she had the kids three nights and the father had the kids 5 days a week. He used this information to have the kids go to school near the women. The husband had to drive 60 miles a day to get the kids to school. When the husband's lawyer tried to explain the problem, he brought down the gavel and ended the session.
