In 4 years, never got my name right, doesn't return calls, seems not to care about my concerns, would never recommend to anyone. So disappointed and seems there is nothing I can do, once he gets your money you are on your own.

I spent thousands of dollars on this lawyer and got nothing for my money. It seemed as my difficult divorce/property settelment was the first time he handled a case that didn't go perfectly. He seemed to be shocked at everything. In court he seemed intimidated by the judge. Just accepting what the judge said and not fighting to make our argument heard and understood. With me, he was terrible communicator, sometimes taking days to inform me of what happened at a court appearence or to return my call. I typially ended up following up with him rather than waiting for him to call me. He made a few rookie mistakes with paperwork, i.e. filing the wrong paperwork with the court, that were unacceptable. Overall I wasn't pleased with the services I received at thsi law firm.

This lawyer over charged me and I could have gotten what he got me representing myself! He charged me more than what I got for my equalization payment. The entire time I kept being told that "I could find another lawyer" or if they didn't get their money they would drop me as a client, even though my problem was I had moved and was in the process of changing banks. I was told repeatedly that I didn't need to worry about the tax return being split because we were still married through the end of the year. Then Andrew forgot to put in HIS list of things to split so it wasn't. The list of things this guy messed up is so on I can't name I all. This guy NEVER worked for me and honestly I can't believe how corrupt the court is there either, or at least Judge Bolk is.
