Mr. Devlin is an excellent, aggressive and highly professional litigator, trial and appellate lawyer. We have engaged him on numerous occasions to litigate important and difficult matters in numerous subject areas. He is an extremely creative legal thinker and analyst and always seems to generate arguments that other lawyers simply do not, and cannot, envision. While we know that he has other clients, he always makes us feel as if we were his only client.
