Does what he wants, not what you want. I wanted to sue the cops who violated my rights, not their employers. He refused to sue one of the cops, but insisted employers be sued. I specifically asked to sue other cop "just in case." After filing, other side schooled him that we cant sue employers unless they have a policy or custom (per Monnell). Mike turned around and *agreed* to let almost the entire lawsuit go against the one cop we had sued. This was 100% against my wishes. There was no legal reason for this, as other side only gave reasons why employers could not be sued. Mr Vaporis informed me of this issue and his decision on a Saturday, when extended deadline for paperwork was Monday. Suit was never even brought against other cop. I understand this might not have been his area, but Mr Vaporis needs to (1) consider his clients wishes (2) be willing to acknowledge his limitations (3) consult in a timely manner (4) involve all defendants "just in case".

If there was anything lower than 1 on the rating scale he would get it !! Drags divorces out for years! Going on 4 yrs.!! Does not do what I ask, does what he wants. Does not get back to me or send out papers when he should . Waisted alot of $$ on a lawyer that doesnt do his job. A BAD CHOICE !!! CHANGING LAWYERS SOON !!
