Did not file a trust and avoided All communication for 2 YEARS. Staff is a nightmare and can not make appointments or answer questions etc. Had weight loss surgery and acted like it was the end of her world, as she could not follow through with anything for YEARS. You will hire an attorney to go after all her wrong doings-so avoid this office if you want a professional office with a moral and ethical conscious.

Beware if you use this law office:
I normally don’t write any bad reviews but I need to warn anyone that is going to hire the Law Office of Patricia Byrne Blair @ 9B Montauk Hwy, Blue Point, NY 11715. 631-363-8600 for any services. I actually knew her and hired her services for a real estate attorney, since I was selling my home. I’ve known her for years so it wasn’t even a question to hire her. I should’ve done my research since there is only 3 reviews and 1 was the same issue I had. There is ABSOLUTELY no communication, she does the bare minimum if she even does that. My relator had to get all the information from the other agent and lawyer. I did try to get out out the contract on my home, 2 days after signing and offered money to the buyers. I found out after closing that she told the sellers I just had cold feet and never even disclosed what happened in my personal life and the monies that I offered. Does not do her homework to represent you properly. Always one step behind the opposition due to her poor research and never returns calls or emails. Terrible follow through. Totally Incompetent. Avoid this attorney like the plague!

She does not deliver on her promises to follow up on needs of her client. Not proactive in any way. Doesn't communicate with her client when asked for any update or return calls. Does not follow through on work needed to be done. Does not protect the interests of her client.

This is by far the worst lawyer in the state, does not know which districts to file a law suit, ignores clients calls for months, steels her employees ret. funds. has absolutely NO knowledge of the law at all !!!! is always on vacation with STOLEN $$ She breaks the law herself yet gets in NO trouble because they protect their own !!! avoid this lawyer and her firm like the plague !!! ( Mazzei and Blair ) 4 years into our case and still no client/lawyer agreement... and now finding another lawyer to take the case is impossible because more than a 1/2 dozen say the same thing, the case was screwed up so bad that it's not worth getting involved !!!! and now to get our own files back we need to sign an agreement saying she still gets paid for her disastrous mistakes !!!and the committee that watches over lawyers won't get involved because they are all in it together !! just more lawyers looking out for their own !!!! NO such thing as justice in the legal system !! 1 BIG JOKE !!!
