I had an excellent experience with Mr. Kirkpatrick as my lawyer. I seen a few lawyers but Mr. Kirkpatrick's knowledge and experience in dealing with cases like mine was superior. I felt very very well represented, and he was simply outstanding in discovery and in court. He thoroughly researched my case, was extremely well prepared - I was very impressed with his strategy, and my outcome - better than I could have imagined. (I find some of the negative comments on this site quite ridiculous - they truly should be taken down). Mr Kirkpatrick is a very honourable man, knowledgable and experienced lawyer, and amazing in action. You will not be disappointed if you book a consult with him or retain him - my experience is that you will be extremely well represented

Brett really helped me out to get my case resolved. He explained what needed to be done so I understood and was patient to answer my questions. Great lawyer. I recommended him to my friend in trouble and she is quite happy I did.

Brett was the 4th lawyer in my case and finally I had somebody that got the job done right. He was focused , comprehensive , finally I felt like I had an advocate that understood and would represent me well. He has decades of knowledge and experience. He was easy to access, always got back to m communications. I would like to say thank you for your help and expertise. I would highly recommend Brett.

stay away! only interested in getting your money, ignored emails until money was mentioned then replied to me in 5 minutes, came up with excuse after excuse why no work had been done on my case, if he was too busy to pay attention or do anything never should have taken on my case. wast of time and money

Worst lawyer ever. In fact I would stay away from the Davidson Pringle Firm period. They all cause delays and are only interested in your money. Worst firm ever. Lazy is the best word to describe all these guys

Brett is an amazing lawyer and very rarely loses a case. He works day and night to research the facts and to put together his case. He puts his work above all. He is very clear when communicating and sometimes this appears a bit tough on his clients. He puts clients first and gets things done!

I have known Brett Kirkpatrick for well over 15 years he's helped me on more than one matter and I have never felt that he has put his own issues before mine.... He has always made himself available night or day. We all know lawyers are not cheap but u felt that my money was well spent and he was able to get me results that I didn't think possible. I would and have recommended Brett to every one I know. He can be a bit gruff but the truth is what you will get from this lawyer, no waste of time no games. Just cold hard truth and commitment to his clients. I hope this helps

Stay away from this guy!! He will purposely cause delays, charge huge amounts for nothing, and cover his own ass over his clients'. We have a bill of almost $30,000 and 4 years later, there is no settlement, no separation agreement, and maybe 7 or 8 letters sent and/or received. He has a reputation with other lawyers that he will cause defendants to pay at least an extra 50 to 70 percent higher because of his delays. He demands replies from opposing counsel and then drags his feet in replying and misses deadlines constantly. He would sell his own mother! His handling of our case has been shameful. He doesn't care about families, about children affected by his delays and neglect, and he doesn't get satisfactory results for his clients. (not us anyway) He should be barred from practising as he is ALWAYS more concerned about himself than his clients. Don't let his community service fool you, he's a scoundrel!!
