Everyone my name's James Pitts, and i'm here to inform all of you not to hire this "SHADY THIEF OF AN ATTORNEY ED DOWNS" due to the fact that he's desperate for money to the point that he takes cases he has absolutely no knowledge in. Ed Downs was hired by the executor of my late mother's estate March 26, 2008 and i tell all of you he nor my mother's executor has done absolutely nothing for her estate but steal money and not give my brothers nor i an accounting as the will of my late mother requested. Ed Downs is NOT a probate attorney so he shouldn't even be practing probate law. I'm currently in the process of filing a petition to remove him as well as my mother's executor from her estate, and i'll certainly keep this website posted on the outcome. I will say again DO NOT HIRE THIS SHADY THIEF OF AN ATTORNEY. And if you Ed Downs have a problem with what i've posted here, you have my number and it's 404-447-5459 if you want to deny my facts about you on this website.
